I have a great appreciation for Subway staff as I understand the demands on their time and the locations are usually understaffed. The folks at Stettler needed to manage a lunch rush with a line to the door. They worked non-stop to make the sandwiches and prep the items, bread... etc so they didn't run out. That being said, there had been no time for them to do any store clean up, so there was a lot of mess on the floors and the chairs. I'm sure they would have addressed that once the stream of customers slowed. The food was great, though and this location had brought in some nicer chairs instead of just worsen table sets.

I love the Subway here in Stettler. The staff are always incredibly nice. They have patience and always get my order/what I ask for correct. I was disappointed not to hear the local radio, and spoke with the manager about it (along with making sure she new that her staff was amazing!). She was so kind, and said she would try to play Stettlers Real Country 93.3 when she could. This was so great to hear, and it made me glad she understood. Great business!

Don't live there but always stop on our way through town as it's the best Subway we've ever been to. Fresh bread, friendly staff and great service. Great job!!!

It was the beginning of lunch rush and so they had a lot of staff on ready to go.. the service was fast and friendly.. has practically no parking lot but what there was was occupied by construction workers.

I didn't hear the worker when she asked me a question. I apologized for not hearing her. She scowled and yelled at me. Will not be back.

Subway is going downhill. Due to paper straws a lot of staff are recommending plastic coffee lids for your cup. Seems like nothing is changing for the better.

The best Subway I've ever been in.

I gave 2 stars based on the food, not the staff (whom are always super friendly) I thought today let's try something different, Subway has pizzas, that's right, at least the stettler ab location does, don't know about the rest of the world so I figured let's try it out. Memories of McDonald's pizza still rattling around my head like a child.. well it was ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL, I picked my toppings, and waited figuring on a 10 Min wait or so, but to my surprise I got my pizza boxed up right away.. left hungry and late I took my za on the road , got about 5 min down the road and cracked this puppy open let's do this.... Good God it was nasty, an inch and a half blob of uncooked dough just horrific.i dunno if it was a one of mistake or that's how it was supposed to be but I got through one of my 4 slices, and tossed the rest.. $12 down the crapper , put me off food for a solid 3 hours after .. so stick to the subs because they aren't pizza artist's 4 realz

They don't bother applying any customizations made on online orders.

Was but a quick stop through. And my expectation was to be the same as all the rest. Staff was pretty much the same. Attentive and accommodating. But the food was way better. Why, in a city do we get mild flavours for our banana peppers and teriyaki chicken, but in a small (but still very awesome) town like Stetler, get super great flavours? I normally get banana peppers, jalapeno, and lots of siricha sauce, but driving through I reduced the load, so I could drive without spilling. A few banana peppers, no jalapeno and just a single line of the siricha sauce. OMG, it was hotter than any other time. As I finished, sweat started to trickle from my brow. My mouth began to grin, it was absolutely amazing. Please, every Subway manager needs to visit to see how they store, or order, or whatever they are doing differently to make the same happen at all the rest.

Sandwiches are good at pretty much the same as everything goes Subway .

Generally a very kind staff and well made food. As long as you don't shop up in the afternoon during the schools lunch break there shouldn't be to much waiting in line.
